Stage machinery inspection and acceptance process

I. Conditions for testing and acceptance:

1. The owner shall report the testing project and issue relevant invitation documents;

2. After receiving the invitation letter, the Tester shall make an appointment and arrange the time as agreed by both parties;

3. After determining the time, the tester shall prepare relevant testing equipment and key technical personnel;

4. Arrive at the scene and issue the test form of the testing party. After filling in the form, ask the owner (stage manager) to confirm and sign;

5. The stage manager shall report the test table and explain the reasons; Suggested mechanical equipment to be corrected; Assess the cost of the investment that needs to be rectified; Time required for rectification;

6. Environmental assessment; Cross-device influence; Evaluation of the impact of renovation on other stage equipment;

7. Effect evaluation after rectification; Safety risk assessment;

8. Rectify the warranty period of the theatre machinery and equipment and draw up long-term maintenance contracts; Determine the future responsibility for safe use; Make a plan for the safety insurance of stage equipment;
